This flour comes from specialty bread sorghum grain. Sorghum flour is seldom used alone. It stores very well on a pantry shelf. Sorghum flour is also known as milo and jowar. Sorghum flour is naturally gluten free, so it is a great alternative for those with gluten sensitivities. This flour is high in protein and iron and adds a nutritional boost to baked goods.
