Use bulk buckwheat flour for making for making buckwheat pancakes, waffles, breads and pastas. Buckwheat flour is not part of the wheat family and can be used for wheat-free cooking. Despite the unfortunate name, Buckwheat flour is related not to wheat but to rhubarb. It has a strong taste and is easily accepted when used in small amounts to give flavor to bland flours.
