This blossom honey is a light, delicate honey gathered from the nectar of Alfalfa blossoms in the Wind River Valley of Wyoming and plateaus of Montana. Alfalfa honey has a mild flavor and is great for table use as well as in sauces, dressings and marinades. Each case consists of six, one pound containers.
