This butter churn makes churning butter easy. Start with cream and end up with delicious homemade butter. The instructions that will come with your butter churn include a recipe for making your own butter. Depending on the amount of cream you use, you can create your butter with just 3 to 8 minutes of churning. A hand crank that works the paddles inside of the jar allows you to easily churn your butter. Unit is constructed with a glass base/container, wood and metal handles and paddles, and plastic gears. The glass container base is dishwasher safe. The top should be cleaned with warm water and dish detergent after each use.
