To obtain repair and maintenance for your Presto products follow these steps:
1. Package your product carefully. If possible use the original box and factory packaging materials.
2. Include a note with the following information:
Your contact information (Name, Address & Phone number)
A description of the defect, problem or maintenance you desire.
Date of purchase.

We suggest you check with the shipping service you will be using to ship your package to insure that the package is packed properly. We also suggest you purchase insurance on the package equal to the value of the merchandise. You are responsible for shipping charges. You are responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping.
All non-warranty repairs & maintenance will be done using genuine Presto parts. Genuine Presto replacement parts are manufactured to the same exacting quality standards as Presto appliances and are engineered specifically to function properly with its appliances.
We are not currently offering warranty repairs on Presto products.
