Fox Run 5673 Candy/Deep Fry Thermometer

Place clip on side of pan, lower thermometer stem tip through holes in clip at least 2"into mixture, keep stem off bottom and side of pan. Set pre-set indicator to desired temperature. Remove when pointer reaches pre-set indicator.
