Ground Cinnamon

One of the oldest known spices, Cinnamon comes from the dried bark of evergreen trees grown in Indonesia and China. Ground Cinnamon is one of the most important baking spices as it is used in cakes, buns, breads, cookies, pies and cobblers. It is an excellent addition to mashed sweet potatoes, buttered acorn squash or apple sauce.
