Fondant 90/10 is a thick, creamy white sugar mass used in different forms for decorating cakes and cookies. Fondant can be rolled and draped over a cake, can be used as a glaze or can even be sculpted for figures and decorations. Fondant can also be used as the base of many candies. Try using as a thick creamy, sugary filling that gushes out of a chocolate-covered cherry when bitten into.
