Super easy to use, Weston Baking Mats bakes and browns evenly and clean up is a snap. The Baking Mats are made of silicone and fiberglass and replace the need for parchment paper. The non-stick surface allows baked goods to slide off the mat after baking without the need for a spatula. They can also be used for kneading and rolling dough.
