Weston Single Support Jerky Slicer

This slicer accepts meat up to 1 1/4” (3.2 cm) thick, 5” (12.7 cm) wide with just the turn of a handle. A series of 32 stainless steel blades slice even the toughest cuts of meat. Heavy-duty cast iron construction with a durable food-safe coating. Countertop protector prevents scratching of the work surface. Easily mounts to any table or countertop up to 2” (5 cm) with the built in C-clamp.
