Charred Wooden Barrels

Charred Wooden Barrels are for aging stronger spirits that require the barrel to mellow the spirit and remove any impurities. All Charred Wooden Barrels are hand made from authentic, coopered American White Oak. They feature steel hoops and are unfinished with no stain or sealer.
Water tight and ideal for Whiskeys, Bourbons and other Strong Spirits.
Buyers please note: These barrels are shipped with a plastic shipping bung. We do offer optional silicone and wood bungs for these barrels along with optional faucets and cradles. If you purchase an optional bung it will be matched to the barrel. All Optional Accessories are listed below the barrels in the Order Item section.

Please note: These barrels are hand crafted and delays in shipping may occur. For the 5 gallon barrel allow up to 2-3 weeks for shipping. For the 10, 15 & 30 gallon barrels allow up to 3-5 weeks for shipping. Also a longer delay than normal may occur during peak demand seasons.

*Ships UPS Oversize due to barrel dimensions		Fill the barrel through the bung hole. Then when you are ready to use the contents of the barrel you must drill a hole through the end of the barrel and insert the faucet. Picture is for illustration purposes only. Faucet sold separately. Please note: There may be small pieces of char inside the barrel. This is normal and a part of the charring process. All liquids will require straining when removed from the barrel
