Domino Freshvert Sugar Cream

Inverted sugar is made through the process of inversion, when sucrose is split into glucose and fructose. Inverted sugar can also be made at home by boiling sugar gently in a mixture of water and lemon juice. Freshvert sugar is sweeter than white sugar and is most commonly used for slowing down the crystallization process of sugar or for retaining moisture in products. Each case consists of five gallons.
