Hi Mountain jerky cure and seasoning is an authentic Wyoming recipe that will help you make a perfect batch of moist and tender jerky. Each package seasons up to 15 pounds of whole meat or 11 pounds of ground meat and includes one package of seasoning, one package of cure, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions. Each case consists of 12/7.2 ounce boxes.
Ingredients: Each Box Contains a 4.2oz packet ofHi Mountain Cure with Salt, sugar,sodium nitrate (.85%), caramel color;and a 3.0oz Original Blend seasoningpacket with salt, spice, garlic powder,and spice extractive, soy sauce powder (soysauce (wheat, soybeans, salt), maltodextrin,salt) and less than 2% propylene glycol addedto prevent caking.** Contains: Soy and Wheat** Nitrites are used in curing meats.**
