Complete Pancake Mix only requires water added for delicious pancakes in no time! This mix contains powdered egg and powdered shortening right in the mix and has a slightly sweeter taste than the regular buttermilk mix. This batter won't rise until it's put on a hot griddle, which makes it perfect for preparing ahead of time and storing in the refrigerator.
