It's compact enough to fit on most deck or patios and will fit flush against most walls.

To connect to your gutter system simply cut the downspout, insert a length of black plastic pipe with a suitable downspout adapter or just use a typical plastic downspout adapter (available at most home centers) and let the lower end drain into your barrel. The removable debris screen will keep leaves, sticks and other similar items out of the barrel. Connect the included 4 foot hose to your garden hose (soaker type hoses will work best) to use the captured water.
