Drop forged from American special bar quality steel. Heat treated for edge-holding and toughness. Baked-on red enamel finish. Polished blade is sharp; ready to cut. Better grade hickory handle is power driven in head and wedged. Axe has a single cutting bit and a flat poll. A general purpose axe for cutting wood and driving wooden stakes.
